Located on Broadway Avenue and connecting streets between Dufferin Ave and Eastlake Ave, the Broadway BID represents over 150 business owners and property owners, and is funded by a special tax levy applied to commercially assessed properties within the district. The Broadway BID is committed to developing initiatives that enhance and benefit the Broadway area, from promoting small businesses and local events, to streetscaping projects, and fostering community partnerships. Under the guidance of an elected President and Board of Directors , the Broadway BID provides the opportunity for businesses and property owners to join together to promote and advertise Saskatoon’s most vibrant neighbourhood.

Through after school and in school programs, we help shape the lives of young people from all walks of life by reinforcing values like integrity, respect and perseverance through the game of golf. Our mission is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, promote life-enhancing values and healthy choices through the game of golf.

Foundations Learning & Skills Saskatchewan (formerly READ Saskatoon) has a long history as a local literacy organization that offers free literacy services to adults, children, and families. Foundations Learning & Skills Saskatchewan's Vision: All Saskatchewan communities and individuals have equitable access to quality learning opportunities so everyone can fully participate and thrive. Foundations Learning & Skills Saskatchewan's Mission: We provide foundational literacy, learning, and skills development for adults, children, and families through the work of staff, trained volunteers, and community partners. We are relentless in bringing our vision and mission to life because: Everyone has the right to learn, regardless of age. Strong literacy skills are not attained by chance. Communities have a right to responsive and effective literacy programs. Lifelong learning habits contribute to strong and resilient communities. Located on Treaty 4 and Treaty 6 territories and the Homeland of the Métis, the Western Development Museum (WDM) is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan.  With a collection of over 75,000 artifacts ranging from pins to locomotives and four locations in the province, the WDM shares the Saskatchewan story from the beginning of settlement to present day. The Saskatoon location tells the stories 1910 Boomtown and innovation on the prairies.

Girl Guides of Canada is looking for Unit Guiders in Saskatoon. We empower young girls and women to be everything they want to be, and as a volunteer, you will help make that happen! Our volunteers support girls as they build confidence, develop new skills and become leaders in their communities. As part of a unit’s leadership team, you’ll facilitate fun and engaging program activities, like scavenger hunts, arts and crafts, outdoor exploration, games and more. No experience is necessary, all training and resources are provided. You can choose to work with a specific branches: Sparks (age 5-6), Embers (age 7-8), Guides (age 9-11), Pathfinders (age 12-14) or Rangers (age 15-17). We have units in most neighborhoods, so you'll be matched with one close by to your home or work, that meets on a day you are available.
