Our only requirement is that you are within the ages of 15 to 18. There is no prior outdoor or conservation experience required, just a willingness to learn and have fun!

With the support of program leaders, you will be given the opportunity to collaboratively plan and execute your own conservation service projects and outdoor adventures. Program structure consists of one full-day (Saturday or Sunday) event per month, as well as an optional weekday workshop/educational activity. You are encouraged to dedicate 120 hours per year to the program. Activities can include (but are not limited to) hiking, snowshoeing, canoeing, rock-climbing, kayaking, shoreline clean-ups, trail-building, citizen science, urban farming, and tree-planting, just to name a few examples. We’ll discuss participant interests and make it happen! Our program unites diverse youth in an engaging and immersive experience. Our objective is to develop leadership, confidence, and a “conservation ethic” in our participants.
