Receiving email requests and questions using the designated email.Responding to donation offers and/or passing them along to the Library Coordinator(s) for unique items.Create or update listings for inventory items as requested by the Library Coordinator(s).Photograph and/or pick up new items as requested, or help arrange pick up and drop off for new items.Refer to the donation acceptance policy.Oversee and assist with inventory reports using MyTurn data.Help provide monthly reports to the board and for use in grant requests and reports.Reach out to members with overdue items on a bi-weekly basis.Conduct a bi-annual physical inventory check (an easy-to-use feature through MyTurn).Flag items for repair and send maintenance requests to the Maintenance Volunteer.Work a library shift twice a year to maintain a deeper understanding of the library, its needs, and available space.
