Marian is a non-profit corporation with a volunteer board of dedicated parents. Membership fees, fundraising, sponsorship, donations and grants are our main sources of income used to support our programs and our sport. Hosting successful events in Saskatchewan is truly a community effort. This effort of creating “community” and synergy is one that Gymnastics Saskatchewan values and believes is important to our future growth and success. Gymnastics Saskatchewan embraces all of our four disciplines equally, and as such, wishes to promote and showcase the competitive side of our sport, by hosting a multi-discipline Provincial Championships. Together Marian Gymnastics Club and Gymnastics Saskatchewan are hosting the Provincial Championships in Saskatoon at the Saskatoon Fieldhouse from May 10th to 12th.

The Micah Mission is a non-profit, grassroots organization in Saskatoon working with those who are federally incarcerated as well as coming out of incarceration. We are looking to add volunteers to our Person-to-Person (P2P) program. P2P is a program that matches interested patients at the Regional Psychiatric Centre with trained community volunteers - often patients in the program do not have any other visitors. Volunteers visit with an assigned patient two hours per month. The times are flexible and all training is provided. The experience is both rewarding to the patient as well as to the volunteer. Saskatoon Blues Society promotes, fosters, supports and celebrates Blues music in Saskatoon and throughout our province, Saskatchewan. We put on an annual Blues Festival, as well as other live shows, but we support all Blues performers. We are dedicated to telling the history of the music, and of the people who created it.

- We are an interdisciplinary team with extensive knowledge and experience in providing front-line intervention and prevention services to Saskatoon’s most vulnerable youth and young adults. - We provide wrap-around client-centred services such as harm reduction education, personalized client referrals and assessments, outreach support, cultural and youth-developed programming, life-skills mentorship, substance use disorder and drop-in counselling. - Summit believes in the inherent dignity and worth of all young persons regardless of their lifestyle or risk level.

In 1992, a small group of volunteers began a movement in Toronto’s High Park. They brought together 1,500 people to raise awareness and raised $85,000 for the breast cancer cause. This moment marked the beginning of what was to become the Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure. It is now Canada’s largest single-day, volunteer-led event supporting the breast cancer cause. In 1997, the trailblazing partnership between the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF) and CIBC began. On February 1, 2017, CBCF and the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) joined forces under the CCS banner. Together, CCS, CIBC and thousands of dedicated Canadians continue to raise vital funds for the breast cancer cause through this signature event. We are grateful to CIBC, their employees and clients for their longstanding support and the countless volunteers, participants and donors that are helping to change the future of breast cancer. This event unites an incredible collective of Canadians who are a force-for-life in the face of breast cancer and want to show their support. It is an inspirational day that raises important funds for CCS, the largest charitable funder of breast cancer research in Canada. CCS invests these dollars into groundbreaking breast cancer research, compassionate support services, trusted cancer information and advocacy on behalf of all Canadians. Because of the funds Canadians raise through the CIBC Run for the Cure, we know more than ever before about how to prevent, diagnose, treat and live with and beyond breast cancer. Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among Canadian women. It touches the lives of so many families every day. The CIBC Run for the Cure gives families, friends and supporters the opportunity to come together to honour and celebrate their loved ones. And to make a real difference for all Canadians impacted by breast cancer. Saskatoon hosts over 1,000 participants at the Run for the Cure event each year at Prairieland Park, raising thousands of dollars each year. We need your help to make our local event amazing!

Ganbatte Convention Inc. is a non profit organization focused on promoting Japanese media and arts in Saskatoon through various events in the year leading to our annual anime convention in July. We are organized by members of the local Saskatoon anime, comic, and gaming communities and are run by dedicated volunteers.
